Full lots are approximately 15,000 SF; the south-end half-lots are approximately 7,500 SF. Lots 2, 3, 4, and 10 are currently available.
Adjacent lots can be combined into 2-lot or 3-lot configurations (~30,000 SF or ~45,000 SF) for tenants who need more space, with shared drive aisle and gate access.
Standard lease term is 12 months, with an option to renew for a second year.
Lots are set up for contractor and fleet use: work trucks, trailers, and equipment, with job materials and supplies stored alongside them. Not allowed under the lease: auto repair or salvage, retail sales from the yard, manufacturing, living or sleeping on site, and office trailers or other structures.
